Online Curriculum

When we can’t go into classrooms in person, we have online curriculum for parents, teachers, and students alike to utilize!

modules

We have put together week-long modules that cover various topics regarding climate change and sustainability. These modules will be highly interactive with different goals everyday (for 5 days) that students can meet to dive deeply into the respective topic. The tasks for the day should vary from 10-30 minutes and we provide a certificate upon completion of each module!

Unit 1: Ecosystems, Biodiversity, and Populations
Unit 2: Resource Systems
Unit 3: Energy
Unit 4: Food

Online Workshops

In one workshops, we learned how to reuse an old t-shirt by turning it into a bag:

The result!

Our different chapters across the country are holding workshops that students can attend virtually through Zoom! These workshops are tailored for a specific age group (ranging from 8-13), and often include an interactive component!

If you are interested in hosting a workshop, please contact a chapter near you!

Our curriculum team has worked hard to create animated YouTube videos for our audience! These videos are great for both younger and older kids (and even parents!) alike to learn more about the environment.

Other online activities

We have also created some other online resources and activities that can be completed from home including DIY recipes, a board game, and more!
